We currently ship all physical products within Australia using $4 untracked postage.

Why Untracked Postage?

We’ve chosen untracked shipping to help keep postage costs as low as possible for our customers.

Our dehydrated sourdough starter is lightweight and safely packaged, making untracked letter mail a reliable and cost-effective option. This allows us to focus on offering affordable products without inflating prices to cover higher shipping fees.

Processing Times
Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Australia Post untracked letter mail.

Please note:

• This shipping option does not include tracking

• Delivery times may vary depending on location

• Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to provide delivery updates

• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Lost of Delayed Mail

By selecting untracked postage at checkout, you acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit

• Refunds or replacements are not available for untracked orders once dispatched

If you believe your order has been lost, please allow a minimum of 14 business days from dispatch before contacting us.

Incorrect Postage Details
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
