Refund Policy

We take great care in creating and packaging our products and want you to feel confident shopping with Doughmestic Goddess.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
 

Physical Products 

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it. This may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been delivered.
 

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the postal carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused in transit, but we will always assist you in lodging an enquiry where possible.
